Trattoria · Bristol · since 1961
The same table,
sixty years on.
A family Italian on the steps off Baldwin Street. The recipes haven't changed — and neither has the welcome.
Since 1961
Three generations. One kitchen.
Giuseppe opened the doors in 1961, cooking the food he grew up with in the old country.
Sixty years later his family still run the pans — the ragù still simmers all morning, the pasta is still rolled by hand.
Nothing here is trying to be new. It's trying to be right.
